Plum Tree Cottage is a 19th century stone farm cottage which has been completely renovated in 2005/6 and offers superb quality holiday accommodation for up to six people.

The cottage is situated in a quiet rural lane, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, a few minutes walk from the village of Godshill.

The cottage features an open plan living area with a wood burning stove. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is modern and well equipped. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a single room with bunk beds. All bedrooms offer views over the surrounding countryside. The bathroom /WC is also on the first floor.

The cottage is attached to one other similar cottage, yet offers complete privacy inside and out with a large enclosed private garden with patio and parking area for 2 cars. The cottage is fully centrally heated making it ideal for holidays and getaways at any time of year.
